Scientists had done many researches to help us understand how to be a master at any skill , be it sports or craftsmanship, one thing that most researches have in common is that it take a long time for a person to master any skill. 10,000 hours is the number of time needed to become a master. We totally agree with this finding.
To train our jewellers to be at the skill level they are today take a lot of patient and time. Although technology advances such as CAD and 3D modelling help making fine jewelry easier, however, to make a great piece of jewelry, craftsmanship still is mandatory.
